SITE DESIGN

We combine our knowledge of Geotechnical Engineering with that of surveying and civil engineering to perform site design for various projects. We have designed sites for several churches, residences, commercial buildings, etc. We also performed subdivision design for site with complex or challenging geotechnical, geologic and hydrogeologic conditions. Mariemont Landing located along Wooster Pike in Columbia Township, Ohio, shown below is one of our award winning subdivision designs. The subdivision won the "Subdivision of the Month" award for the month of February, 2002.

We design the up scaled, minimum half million dollar homes, Stone Harbor Subdivision, off Stanley Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. We also designed the 81 units, individual lots, town homes and 144 units, garden type town homes for Miljoie Farm Subdivision. This subdivision is on a 25 acre lot located at the heart of the Village of Newtown, Ohio. Construction of the infrastructure for this project is currently in progress.
