ENVIROMENTAl MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES

Our expertise in this field includes the following:

1. Phase I, II and III site assessment and site remediation design: We perform Phase I environmental assessment for new projects, existing facilities including residential, commercial and public buildings and structures. The work is performed in general accordance with ASTM E 1527-97. We also perform phase \I and III site assessment as a follow up to the phase I assessment when necessary. This aspect of our services includes field exploration with the aid of test borings, cone penetrometer testing and geo probing. Soil and groundwater samples are obtained using any of these probing or boring methods. Sometimes these subsurface exploration methods are combined with field measurements of peculiar physical and chemical properties to decipher the nature of the soil or groundwater contamination, if any.

2. Site remediation Design: Our expertise includes designing effective and efficient remediation solutions following exhaustive exploration of potential contamination.

Our design experience features the following remediation methods.
• Bio remediation.
• Soil vapor extraction. Excavation and replacement.
• In site encasement with the aid of sheeted or slurry walls.
• Hydrated carbon extraction, etc.
• Foundations and fill embankments including dams and levees.

3.Retain Wall Analysis And Design: We have great expertise in the analysis and design of various types of retaining walls and retention systems including 1) drilled pier retaining walls, sheet pile walls, soldier pile walls, modular walls including Allan block, Loffelstein and Keystone walls. A "combo" retaining wall system combining modular construction with drilled pier support system.
