UTS is a civil engineering company offering highly skilled and specialized services in the field of geotechnical, civil, structural and environmental engineering. UTS was established on April 29, 1997 and we have had the privilege of serving in these fields for the past fourteen years.

UTS is a unique company in the sense that it is one of the few minority companies offering these engineering services in the nation and probably the only minority company in these fields in the Ohio sub region. Even though we are a minority company, our client base is diversified ranging from the mainstream American companies, to private individuals, to government agencies.

UTS is blessed with a highly experienced management team, highly skilled and experienced staff of engineers and technicians. Our support staff is very professional, courteous and highly respectful.

UTS possess new state of the art equipment and a wealth of computer hardware and software that takes our productivity level to a height above that of our competitors.

Our office is located at 6531 West Chester Rd., West Chester, Ohio, in the heart of the town. We occupy a historic 2 story building dated over 110 years in age; which has been beautifully remodeled. We have an adjoining laboratory building, which houses our soil sample room, our concrete curing room, our laboratory testing area and our concrete compression machine.
